ace360 App archive process
After inactivity, the account is not immediately locked; first a warning is sent, then the system moves to archive status.
A large portion of personal data is stored separately here, so cookies, device tokens, and login data can be kept for a specified period.
What happens in this step
- Login session is closed

- Profile becomes read-only
- Records kept for reactivation
